HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ONLINE PURCHASE?

You have 30 days to exchange your piece of jewelry. This can be done in one of our Twice As Nice stores, and that is absolutely no problem, provided that the jewelry has not been worn and is in perfect condition. You can also return your jewelry by mail for an exchange. Follow the steps below to do so. You can exchange the jewelry for other pieces or a gift voucher. Refunds in-store are not possible. Feel free to visit us with the original packaging and the delivery note, and we will be happy to assist you.

Sale items can only be exchanged if sale items are still available in-store.


HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?

If you decide to return your online purchase, we ask you to follow these steps within 30 days.

  • Send the jewelry together with the completed return form and the delivery note in the original packaging to the following address:

  • Once we have received your package, we will send you a confirmation email, and the purchase amount of the items will be refunded to you. This will be done using the same payment method as the original purchase. If an exchange was requested, it will be sent to you.

We kindly ask you to understand that we must apply some rules regarding returns. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returns made outside the stated period.

Jewelry that has been custom-made for the customer, already worn, soiled or damaged jewelry, as well as incomplete jewelry or jewelry from which the tag has been removed, will not be accepted or refunded.

Jewelry purchased online cannot be returned or brought back to a store for a refund. However, they can be exchanged.

⚠️ Pre-made sets can only be exchanged as a whole.


HOW CAN I HAVE AN ITEM REPAIRED?

Although we stand 100% behind the quality of our jewelry, it may happen that a piece requires repair.

📍 The fastest way is to bring the jewelry to one of our 51 stores.

📦 You can also send it to TANBE BVBA, Prins Boudewijnlaan 21G, 2550 Kontich, with shipping costs at your own expense.

First, send an email to our service department at webmaster@twiceasnice.com.

If repair costs apply, we will inform you in advance by email, allowing you to decide whether the repair should proceed.

If you agree, you can send the jewelry, and we will ask you to pay the repair costs. Once the repair is completed, we will return the repaired jewelry to you as soon as possible.

The conditions mentioned above do not apply to the right of withdrawal.


WHAT IS THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TANBE BVBA, Prins Boudewijnlaan 21G, 2550 Kontich - Belgium, webmaster@twiceasnice.com, Phone: +32(0)3 239 33 85) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so.

✉️ To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) promptly and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees for such a refund.

📦 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

🚚 You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You are on time if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

📦 The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.

⚠️ You are liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


Excluded from the right of withdrawal are purchases concerning the delivery of:

Products made according to consumer specifications, that are not prefabricated, and that are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or that are clearly intended for a specific person.
